An intensive and thought-provoking two-day Orientation program for the faculty was held at St. Paul’s Co-Ed School, Bhopal, on June 13 and 14, 2024.

The orientation began with a warm welcome by Smita Chauhan, who introduced the resource person for the day, Sr. Dr. Jessy Jose FCC.

Sr. Dr. Jessy Jose FCC presented concise videos emphasizing the power of a dream and provided an overview of the school’s vision, mission, goals, and educational philosophy. She noted that an institution without a vision will not endure. To express respect and admiration, the school Principal, Rev. Fr. Jaison, presented her with a memento.

On the second day, Rev. Fr. Dr. Sebastian highlighted the importance of Art Integration in various aspects of life. He gave a concise overview of the concepts of 'educare' and 'educere', which make education more engaging, interdisciplinary, and holistic.

The staff left the session inspired and ready to start the new academic year with a refreshed mindset and a futuristic vision for educating their students.

The program concluded with expressions of gratitude to the resource persons by Ms. Smita Chauhan and Ms. Sini Wilson.
