On 21 June, 2024, St. Paul's School joyously commemorated International Yoga Day at Chavara Hall, marking a day of unity and wellness. Students from Class VIII eagerly participated in the event, showcasing their mastery of various yoga asanas amidst a backdrop adorned with vibrant banners emphasizing the significance of yoga in daily life. The session commenced with the traditional Surya Namaskar, followed by demonstrations of asanas such as Vrakshasana, Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, and Parvatasana, all performed with remarkable precision and dedication, a testament to their regular practice and understanding of yoga's benefits.
