On 21 June, 2024, St. Paul's School joyously commemorated International Yoga Day at Chavara Hall, marking a day of unity and wellness. The session commenced with the traditional Surya Namaskar, followed by demonstrations of asanas such as Vrakshasana, Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, and Parvatasana, all performed with remarkable precision and dedication, a testament to their regular practice and understanding of yoga's benefits.
