To honour the National Flag, the government of India has planned ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ drive. Under the banner of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav different competitions were held on 6 August, 2022 with the theme ‘Fireless Cooking using tricolours’.

1)    For class 6^th – Any soft drink

2)    For class 7^th – Salad decoration

3)    For class 8^th – Sandwich making

The teacher-in-charges for these classes were for class VI – Ms. Shilpi Shrivastava, class VII – Ms. Shefali Mishra and Class VIII – Ms. Diksha Dixit.

The objective behind the competition was to inculcate the feeling of Patriotism and respect among the students towards the nation. The students showed their creativity through the beautiful designs & patterns used for these preparations.

In this process, children gained a deeper understanding of importance of healthy intake of food. It helped them to learn and gave them a chance to prepare their own food i.e. become self-reliant.

The basic criterions for the judgment were Neatness, Theme and Presentation.
