Every year fourteen September is celebrated as Hindi Diwas. This year shifting away from that tradition and inspired by Rev. Fr. Jaison a fortnight was dedicated for the National Language as Hindi Pakhwada. An array of competitions involving almost all classes was planned and meticulously organised by the committee members.

Every morning during the assembly interesting snippets were shared by students. Bulletin Board competition for classes 1st to 12th was organised. Hindi story writing was held for classes 7th and 8th. Speech competition highlighting the importance of Hindi was the topic for class 6th. For class 5th the competition was Role play in which students dressed as famous Literature writers and light was thrown on their contribution. Class 3rd and 4th students dressed as famous poets and recited a few lines of their work. Students of class 1st and 2nd had fancy dress with a difference. They dressed up as objects related to the alphabet and spoke a few words on its importance.

Hindi Pakhwada culminated on September 14 with the entire morning assembly being conducted in Hindi.
