‘The Richness and depth of celebration express a culture accurately’
To celebrate the festivals of Eid, Cheti Chand and Gudi padwaan with grandeur and joy, a special assembly was held on 8 April, 2024 where students and staff gathered for the morning assembly and learnt about the significance of these festivals. The school choir invoked the blessings of GOD with a beautiful Prayer song – “Lab pe aati hai dua”.
The culture of celebrating Eid was portrayed by the students in the form of role-play and signified the spirit of unity, charity and compassion associated with Eid.
Anamika and Priyanka of class XII took the stage to give an insight regarding Cheti Chand and Gudi padwaa.
Our school principal, Rev. Fr. Jaison also addressed the gathering and extended warm wishes to everyone on the auspicious occasion. The cheerful faces and clapping hands added colours to the celebration.
Later, Students with 100? Attendance were awarded for their perseverance of attending the school daily. The event concluded with a message of unity and cultural integration, resonating with the school's ethos of inclusivity and mutual respect.
