St. Paul’s Co-ed School Celebrates International Yoga Day

Bhopal, June 21:

St. Paul’s Co-ed School observed International Yoga Day with enthusiasm, following this year’s theme “Yoga for Daily Life and Society.”

The event began with a live telecast of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s address, in which he highlighted yoga as India’s gift to the world and emphasized its role in building a healthier, more balanced society.

Students demonstrated asanas like Vrikshasana, Padmasana, and Surya Namaskar under the guidance of yoga instructor Ms. Rupali Shukla. NCC cadets participated with a display of disciplined yoga postures and meditation techniques, adhering to the Common Yoga Protocol by the Ministry of AYUSH.

The programme concluded with a yoga prayer, reinforcing the value of mindfulness and well-being in everyday life.
